Quick start

Last updated 21 October 2026

See the whole journey in under two minutes: from raw interviews to answers, clips and reports.

What you can do

  • Turn interviews, focus groups and community studies into searchable transcripts in more than 50 languages.
  • Organise participants with tags so you can compare groups at a glance.
  • Ask your own research questions and get answers grounded in what participants said.
  • Trace every answer back to the exact moment in the interview.
  • Clip the moments that matter and share them in reels and reports.

How it works

Set up your first project

Everything in Quallie.Ai lives in a project, one per piece of research, and projects sit in folders, usually one per client. Create your workspace, add a project from All projects, and invite your team so everyone works from the same material. A new account gets its first project made for it, with a Get started checklist in a corner of the project that shows you each step.

Upload interview

Bring in your recordings from your computer, the cloud or your phone. Each one is transcribed automatically, in more than 50 languages, and is ready for analysis.

  1. Open your project. It opens on Participants.
  2. Click Upload and add your audio or video files.

Assign tags

Speakers are labelled and a summary is written for every participant. Tag participants by country, segment or anything else that matters, and compare what each group said.

  1. Create categories and tags in Participant tags in the side navigation.
  2. On Participants, click Manage tags on a participant row and tick the tags that apply.

Ask question

Ask the questions your research needs answered, in your own words, across every interview in the project. Click Chat in the side navigation, type your question and send it.

Open source data

Every answer cites its sources, so you can check any finding before you share it. Click a source to see exactly where it was said and play the original moment back in context.

Clip video

Share the moment a participant says it. Select the words in a transcript, name the clip, and it is ready in Clips to share, add to a reel or drop into a report.
